We are looking for an Operations Officer within Estate Handling area. In the Estate Handling, we are responsible for settling inheritance of the deceased Danske Bank customers, ensuring that all processes are taken care of in an efficient and qualitative manner. You would be responsible for understanding processes within Danish market.

This is a great opportunity for you to increase your knowledge within the Banking sector and collaborate with global team in an international environment.

You will:

  • Processing various tasks within customer support area for Danish market
  • Daily communication with customers and colleagues via e-mail
  • Contribution to onboarding process for new tasks in local department
  • Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures

About you:

  • Higher education
  • Danish language skills
  • Work experience in operations, finance or banking related fields would be a big advantage
  • You are customer oriented, take ownership and drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to details
  • Are a team-player with a positive attitude and CAN-DO mind-set
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing
