Operations Officer (Asset Services Custody)

Currently we are looking for an Operations Officer, who will join our Custody Back Office team.

We are a team of 15 employees in Lithuania and together we are building a leading and high performing team. Daily You would profound knowledge in various safe custody administrative tasks for Nordic countries. Together participate in various internal team projects for continues improvement of processes and quality through Lean Culture. As well, the chance to be involved in larger department projects, which will built management competence. This would let to improve communication skills and make bond with numerous stakeholders.

You will:

  • Administration of various products for corporate and private customers
  • Management of workflow according to established deadlines
  • Providing support to private and corporate clients via e-mail or phone
  • Collaboration with Global departments within Danske Bank
  • Maintain and improve process quality
  • Contribute in Lean culture
  • Handling new procedure migrations

About you:

  • Previous experience or knowledge in banking operations
  • Higher education (preferably finance, economics or relevant field)
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Upper-intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment: to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods, when needed
  • Motivation to take up challenges
  • Proactiveness in internal team projects
