Are you enthusiastic about optimizing processes and ensuring operational efficiency?

Join our team as a Lean and Operational Excellence Consultant. We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our operational capabilities and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will:

Coordinate various Continuous Improvement initiatives and be a role model in driving change, and operations management mindset
Identify areas for improvement and take ownership of making the relevant changes
Guide process improvement activities by promoting the utilization of lean methods
Organize and facilitate problem solving sessions, value stream mapping sessions and other workshops
Co-create training material and facilitate training sessions while working closely with other colleagues on initiatives and projects
Coordinate Lean Ambassadors community, look for ways for the organization to develop lean mindset
Consult Team Leaders on best lean and operational excellence practices

About you:

At least 1+ years of management consulting or Lean principles and methods experience
Knowledge of project management disciplines and project team dynamics
Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of seniority
Good presentation & facilitation skills
Comprehensive problem solving and process analysis skills
Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a curious attitude
Advanced written and spoken English

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
