You will have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that provides services in Everyday Banking Corporate and handles the Swedish market’s end-to-end E-banking process.

We are looking for a colleague focused on efficiency, seeking to provide high-quality services to our Corporate customers, and engaging in Lean culture.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Ensure delivery of Everyday Banking Corporate day-to-day services for Swedish corporate costumers
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc request to ensure the best possible customers experience
  • Have close collaboration with Swedish advisers teams and optimize solutions for our customers
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for the solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative role
  • Critical mindset and detail orientation
  • Focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Team player and goal-oriented
  • Proactive learner and process challenger
  • Fluent English, speaking, writing, and understanding
