Would you like to join our team and help us empower our customer needs by working with Buying Home operations tasks in the Danish market Buying &Owning Real Estate area?

Our area provides back-office services for private customers in Danish,  Finnish, Swedish, and  Norwegian markets. We are a team of 16 colleagues, working with various tasks, from simple to complex ones, in close collaboration with Danish colleagues.

You will:

  • Process various back-office tasks within the Buying Home area for the Danish market
  • Administrate Construction loans for customers in the Danish market
  • Pay construction loan invoices
  • Handle emails and take actions according to mail content
  • Communicate daily in English and Danish with colleagues via e-mail and phone
  • Contribute process migrations from Denmark into the local department
  • Participate in processes improvements, standardizations, and automation

About you:

  • Higher education
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills
  • Danish language skills: reading and writing (or Norwegian– with the ability to learn Danish)
  • Back office experience in banking or other finance-related international company would be an advantage
  • Focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Customer centricity
  • Ability to work in an innovative environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods
  • Feedback culture advocate

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
