Officer within Meeting Preparation (Danish Language)

We are looking for Operations Specialist in Meeting Preparation Area who is focused on team goals, close collaboration with our stakeholders in the global environment, and delivering high-quality service daily.

Our function provides back-office services for private customers when planning to buy a property or invest in Denmark’s pension funds. There are various tasks within the team, from simple to complex ones.

We provide introductory training for all our employees to offer the best possible start in our organization.

You will:

  • Process various back-office tasks within the Meeting Preparation area for the Danish market
  • Communicate daily in Danish with colleagues and third party real estate agencies, pension companies, other banks in Denmark via e-mail and phone
  • Contribute to the on-boarding process for new tasks in the local department
  • Participate in processes improvements

About you:

  • Excellent Danish language skills (both written and oral)
  • 1+ year work experience within customer service or back office (finance related or international company would be an advantage)
  • Experience in verbal communication as a representative of a company will be considered an advantage
  • Higher education
  • Full English proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding
  • You are result-oriented and have creative thinking and effective decision-making skills
  • You are a collaborative person with a high sense of responsibility, drive, and commitment to deliver high quality on time

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
