You will join Liquidity Management Services
Team in Banking Services. Team provides service for large Danske Bank Business Customers related to Liquidity Management products (cash pools).

As an Officer-Service Delivery, you will be responsible for handling cases (mainly in written communication) for business customers located across the Nordic region.
We are looking for a colleague with ability to deliver high quality and efficiency while also being a great team player.

Your title in job contract will be Officer – Service Delivery

You will:

• Administration of various products and services for corporate customers
• Providing continuous support to internal stakeholders via e-mail or phone
• Management of workflow according to established deadlines
• Participation in process improvement initiatives and projects
• Collaboration with other departments within Danske Bank Group
• Maintain and improve quality to ensure best our customers experience

About you:

• 1+ year of previous work experience in banking sector (back office would be an advantage)
• Higher education
• Problem solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• You are a team player and fast learner
