As an Officer-Service delivery, you will be one of the key members in a high performing team which deals with International payment related tasks. By being our team member you will play an important role in customer satisfaction for customers from Danske Bank branches in Scandinavia and Europe.
As payments team we are responsible for facilitating smooth transactions and ensuring an amazing experience to our valued customers.
• Processing transactions
• Quality improvement from customer and system perspectives
• Resolving various payment related issues and requests received from different bank branches, customers, and internal teams
• Dealing with exceptional requests for customer satisfaction
• Close cooperation with other teams involved in payments area
• Experience in operational/administrational role in a large company
• Payments processing experience
• SWIFT knowledge is a strong advantage
• Higher education degree
• Self-driven and can-do attitude
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask with high attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changes
• Passion for collaboration and team spirit
