As an Officer-Service delivery, you will be one of the key members of an ever-growing team that deals with International payment-related tasks.

Being our team member will play an essential role in customer satisfaction for customers from Danske Bank branches in Scandinavia and Europe.

As a payments team, we are responsible for facilitating smooth transactions and ensuring a fantastic experience for our valued customers.

We are looking to fill maternity cover position.

You will:

• Resolving various payment related issues and requests received from different bank branches, customers, and internal teams
• Processing transactions
• Quality improvement from customer and system perspectives
• Dealing with high-quality requests for customer satisfaction
• Close collaboration with other groups involved in the payments area

About you:

• Experience in operational/administrational role in a large company
• Payments processing experience is a solid advantage
• Higher education degree
• A motivated and can-do attitude
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask with great attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changes
• SWIFT knowledge is an efficient advantage
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and team spirit

How will your day look like?

As a member of the Incoming Cross-Border Payments Team, you will collaborate with your experienced colleagues to play an essential role in Danske Bank's customer satisfaction.

You will be working with international payments, making corrections and processing payments manually. Together with your colleagues, you will also participate in the process improvement activities and further develop the processes and monitoring models.
