Officer–Service Delivery in Income Administration Team

As an Officer in this team, you would continuously face challenges since investigations are a big part of the day. You would handle different Corporate Actions (such as dividends, interests, redemptions, etc.) and solve discrepancies, analyze unique cases, and tend to customers’ needs. You would also quickly grow your network as you would be expected to closely collaborate with other departments, both locally and globally.

We are looking to fill a permanent and maternity cover positions.

• Higher education degree
• Work experience in a back office
• Handling Corporate Actions would be considered an advantage
• SWIFT knowledge would be regarded as a plus
• Attention to quality and details
• Growth mindset and ability to easily adapt to changes
• Ability to learn quickly with a systematic and structured approach to problem solving
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
