Officer-Service Delivery in Customer Care Delivery Area

We offer a possibility to join one of our amazing teams. As a member of Fees & Pricing team, you will be responsible for administrating and analyzing corporate customer‘s banking product fees (Nordic and other markets). If you join Accounts administration and Interest rates team, you would take over administration of accounts and evaluating interest rates.

Both teams play a huge role in helping corporate customers, thus the candidate should have good prioritization skills, time management and be able to adapt to fast paced work environment. Sometimes we also have to cope with peak periods, but we always work as a team and help each other to achieve the goals.

That’s why we are looking for a colleague with ability to deliver high quality and efficiency while also being a great team player.

• Work experience in operational role is an advantage
• Thoroughness, high level of accuracy and attention to details
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Lean minded or previous experience working with Lean initiatives
• Higher education (Economics, Finance or similar would be an advantage)
• Fluent English, speaking, writing and understanding
