Officer Service Delivery in Asset Services (fixed-term)

We want to offer a great opportunity for you to join Custody Back Office and be a part of high performing team.

You will join 15 employees and daily will profound knowledge in various safe custody administrative tasks for Nordic countries. Your working hours will be 9:00 – 18:00.

From our new colleague we expect ability to see big picture and understand how day-to-day tasks affects business as well as our clients. We hope that you have skills to work in a fast –paced environment independently and prioritize tasks.

This is a fixed-term position for 1 year contract.

You will:

  • Perform and monitor various daily operational processes for corporate and private customers
  • Provide support to private and corporate clients via e-mail and phone
  • Participate in process of continuous improvements in daily work (e. g. automation, Lean)
  • Take a part in various projects and initiatives
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with stakeholders

About you:

  • High level of accuracy and creative approach to overcoming challenges
  • Proactiveness in internal and external team projects
  • Lean minded or previous experience in working with process improvements initiatives
  • Fluent skills in both spoken and written English
  • Understandig of SQL would be an advantage
  • 1 year of experience in financial sector or higher education in finance, economic or banking sector would be considered as an advantage
