Currently, we are looking for an Operations Officer who will join our Incentive program administration team. You will join a small team of fun, young, and driven individuals with a great banking experience. Joining our team could be a great first step for you in your career in the banking industry.

By joining this team, you would acquire a profound knowledge of Incentive programs offered for our biggest C&I clients. Also, you will participate in multiple internal team projects for continuous improvement of processes and quality through the Lean Culture. In this position, you will have the chance to be involved in more significant department projects to build your management competence by bonding with numerous high-level stakeholders.

It is an excellent opportunity to learn from qualified and experienced people and get to know the banking business’s internal operational side.

This position is for one year contract.

You will:

• Administration of Incentive programs for corporate and private customers
• Management of workflow according to established deadlines
• Providing support to private and corporate clients via e-mail or phone
• Collaboration with Global departments within Danske Bank
• Maintain and improve process quality
• Contribute in Lean culture
• Handling new procedure migrations

About you:

• Previous experience or knowledge in banking operations
• Higher education (for example finance, economics or relevant field)
• Upper-intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team
• Ability to work in a growing environment: to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods, when needed
• Motivation to take up opportunities
• Proactiveness and „cando“ attitude
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

How will your day look like?

As a member of the Incentive program administration team, you will play a significant role in our biggest C&I clients.

You will be working with the Administrative process, also communicating a lot both externally and internally. Also you will be solving problems and handing ad hoc tasks.
