We are looking for several colleagues to join the result-oriented and very friendly Customer Cards Dispute Team in Financial Crime Prevention.
Our team is responsible for dealing with activities related to cardholder accounts. Working with non-fraud tasks means that you will be assisting in coping with merchants who did not provide promised services or goods. As an officer, your tasks will focus on operational responsibilities such as investigations, analysis and communication with external parties. Besides, you will have an amazing opportunity to work in a hybrid workplace and be a part of a multicultural team.
You will be working under a summary working time regime.
