Do you want to work in an international environment with close collaboration with colleagues and our clients across Nordic countries?

We are looking for a new colleague to join an experienced and ambitious Case Preparation Team at Danske Bank.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be translating our customers’ requests from Danish to English and case assignment to the responsible team.

You will also work with case distribution for our VIP customers.

Moreover, you will be able to take part in process improvement, automatization, and implementation.

You will:

  • Collaborating with other teams using a proactive approach in sharing best practices and proposals
  • Handling customers requests from Danish to English
  • Daily communication in Danish with customers and colleagues
  • Various back-office services (e.g. data entry, administration and preparation of various bank documents, etc.)
  • Participation in processes improvement

About you:

  • Danish language skills (at least B1)
  • Higher education
  • Attention to details and ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods
  • Fluent English, both in speaking and writing
  • Customer and quality orientation in a proactive manner
