Officer in Card Fraud Investigation

Join our Card Fraud Investigation Team in the Fraud Management Department. Our team consists of 13 friendly members of different seniorities. You will be responsible for various tasks that enable us to increase our card fraud detection and prevention capabilities. In addition, you will work closely with our card fraud analytics team, sharing valuable information on emerging fraud scenarios.

You will:

  • Investigate card fraud alerts and card fraud disputes
  • Communicate with different departments and teams within Danske Bank
  • Work on process improvement
  • Supervise workflow according to deadlines

About you:

  • Previous operational work experience (in an operations center or banking/administrative field)
  • Methodical mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills
  • High level of quality and efficiency
  • Problem-solving, openness to new ideas, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process changes
  • Higher education
  • Previous work experience working with card fraud would be considered a pro

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1320 EUR to 1980 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
