Nordic Contract Owner for Facility Management

Facility Management is on an exiting journey where we have to respond to new service requirements due to Corona and significant changes in our lease portfolio.

You have the opportunity to play a key role in this process becoming our Nordic Contract Owner. You will be managing the contract ownership of the contracts with our facility management suppliers facilitating compliance and securing the development of the collaboration. A particular responsibility will be to make sure that our contracts are in compliance with the regulation from the European Banking Athorities (EBA)

This entails a close collaboration with business stakeholders, our suppliers, Real Estate, Procurement, Vendor Management and other units in Danske Bank.

Facility Management is part of Procurement & Premises in Danske Banks Group Technology & Services. Facility Management consists of three teams who manage facility and property services across the Nordics and Lithuania.
As an Nordic Contract Owner you will be situated in Lithuania and you will work with colleagues across the Nordics on a dayly basis. Further some traveling is expected.

You will:

• Act as contract owner concerning all Facility Management contracts
• Ensure contract compliance to the Danske Bank Procurment and Outsourcing Policy incl. the EBA guidelines in regards to Outsourcing
• Be responsible for the services provided to the Danske Bank subsidiaries, considered as being intra-Group outsourcing
• Mange Facility Management KPIs internally and externally
• Risk Management related to Facility Management
• Execution of tactical projects
• Manage the Facility Management SharePoint and Partnership Portals with third party suppliers
• Manage third-party staff on Danske Bank premises

About you:

• 3-5 years work experience within Facility Management, Procurement or Contract Management in a larger company
• Strong contract management or procurement management skills
• Strong collaboration skills – ability to establish and build working partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive problem solving skill on an operational and tactical level
• A structured approach to your tasks and responsibilities and ability to work against tight deadlines
• You have the ability to carry out detailed analyses as required
• University degree or corresponding mercantile education
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
