What you can expect

The Retail Investment Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organization. As an IT Chapter Lead, you will be working in a squad as a cloud developer and take on HR responsibility for other cloud developers working on investment solutions.

You will:

  • Be the HR manager for other skilled software engineers (.NET and cloud technologies) and support their growth on a professional and personal level
  • Take part in driving and embedding best engineering practices
  • Apply your technical expertise in complex and challenging domains
  • Have a central role in designing and building cloud solutions to support our transformation journey
  • Work closely together with the Tribe IT Lead, Tribe Architect, and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated team members with an innovative team spirit

About you:

We hope you bring:

  • Experience with .NET Core and containerised applications including:
    • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
    • Experience with both designing and consuming RESTful APIs
    • Experience with message brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ)
    • Experience in leading software engineering teams and/or software development projects
  • Good innovative and problem-solving skills
  • Good collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in working with agile development methodologies
  • A deeply professional approach to your work, where you take responsibility for yourself and your teams work
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
