We are Reference Data Operations (RDO) team within Market Services group. Our team consists of 8 skilled team members and we serve our clients as Financial Data providers in Danske Bank. We manage and control the database called Securities Masterfiles (SMF) which contains thousands of various financial products used by investors, such as Shares, Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Derivatives, etc.

As a Team, we have two key objectives:

  1. To collect market data and have required financial products registered in our database.
  2. Ensure that market data changes would be reflected internally in SMF.

As Service Delivery Specialist you will be working on operational tasks while at the same time you will have a chance to share ideas and contribute to various projects and initiviates leading to higher efficiency and better customer experience.

You will:

  • Perform market data collection and security registration
  • Execute data quality controls
  • Make security data adjustments based on Corporate Action events
  • Perform pricing of financial products
  • Handle market data related cases

About you:

  • Higher education or last year student within finance area
  • General knowledge about financial products or trading would be considered a pro
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Upper-intermediate English language
  • Analytical and problem-solving mind-set
  • Willingness and curiosity to learn new things
