You are driven by working with various tasks that play a key role in the organisation’s running.

The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania

You will:

• Ensuring that the organisation is supported on a daily basis (e.g. providing and helping with access rights, invoice approvals)
• Being responsible for handling the department mailbox and daily ad hoc administrative tasks
• Participating in Financial Meetings, supporting our financial business partner
• Supporting on changes and implementation among stakeholders and teams
• Providing relevant reporting on deliveries and initiatives and updating organisational diagrams.
• Acting as a ‘go to’ person with ad hoc tasks for the Leadership Team, and the organisation in general

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Excellent time management and planning skills
• High attention to details
• Efficient, analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset
• Ability to prioritise and work with tight deadlines
• Good collaboration skills
• Stakeholder- and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Previous work with back-office in a similar position would be an advantage
