Our tribe is a large IT and business development unit that will get everyday banking for individual customers right!

Our mission is to make our customers’ interactions easy and seamless for all of their everyday needs. We are doing that by empowering our customers with intuitive, simple digital solutions and great card offerings. In addition, we will digitize and automate wherever possible to free up time for both our advisors, call centers, and colleagues in back-office services.

Furthermore, we will develop new offerings and technical solutions vital to Danske Bank’s success in becoming number one in customer experience across the Nordics. We are comprised of diverse and co-located teams across Denmark, India, and Lithuania and guarantee an exciting place to work.

You will:

  • Keep employee overviews and tribe information pages updated across systems
  • Coordinate tribe communication, meeting material, and agendas
  • Control invoices and monitor approval limits as well as access rights to various systems
  • Help onboarding new colleagues to the team
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks as determined by the TLT and Business Manager, e.g., assist in the planning and execution of professional and social activities

About you:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in administrative roles
  • Generalist profile with a good understanding of the mechanics of a large organization
  • Thoughtful stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and collaborate with people across all seniority levels
  • Highly structured with a good eye for details
  • A positive, collaborative, and service-minded attitude as well as a deep sense of accountability to work with your own work schedule

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
