We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage team of 10-11 employees, working in Banking Partners and Cheques area.

While being responsible for business targets, you would also have an equally important responsibility for ensuring team’s high job satisfaction and continuous development.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

You will:

  • Daily leadership responsibility – ability to motivate, develop and coach the team to ensure a culture of effective employee engagement as well as continuous improvement
  • Leading and distributing team workload
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Ensure a professional and effective processing of administrative/back-office tasks
  • Maintain communication and strong relationship with stakeholders

About you:

  • Experience as a Team Leader or similar role e. g. deputy is a must
  • Attention to details and ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
  • Strategic mind-set
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of bank relationship management
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Higher education degree
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
