Junior Specialist for Electronic Banking Services

Can you deliver high quality work in a dynamic work environment?

You will become a part of District Team responsible for Danske Bank’s electronic banking maintenance and its technical setup. The team consists of 14 supportive and motivated colleagues who are willing to share their experience and knowledge with you.

To make your first months with us smooth, we promise you comprehensive onboarding with all the necessary training, a dedicated “buddy” and onboarding activities. You will work in a supportive team, led by the manager, who inspires others to succeed.

We work in a global organizational setup, so your role will require collaboration with your colleagues both in Lithuania and other countries. Your “buddy” and the team are ready to share their know-how and help you learn the required skills and competencies.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Preparation of documentation related to electronic banking products
  • Supporting implementation of electronic banking services
  • Communication with colleagues across all Nordic countries
  • Participation in process improvement initiatives and projects
  • Collaboration within the team and contribution to overall result

About you:

  • Higher education or being a student with the ability to work full time
  • Fluent English, both written and oral
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
  • Team player attitude, willingness to share your knowledge and have fun together
