As a Junior Operations Officer, You will join our Debt Management team, which is responsible for helping customers who are facing financial difficulties.
We are working in an international environment and support Group Recovery & Debt Management services for private customers in the Scandinavian markets. We are looking for employees with attention to details, ability to deliver high quality and efficiency, while also being a great team player.

*Your official title will be Officer – Service Delivery Associate.

You will:

• Supporting debt collection processes in different countries in the whole Group
• Performing various tasks related to Debt Management: taking non-performing accounts into debt collection, monitoring payments, agreements, collaborating with third parties such as Lowell / Intrum, handling bankruptcies, debt relief and estate
• Participating in process improvement initiatives and projects
• Close communication and collaboration with team members and other Debt Management members across the markets

About you:

• Higher Education
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Outstanding attention to details and willingness to work under routine job conditions
• Agility to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Knowledge of banking operations would be an advantage but not required
• Team player who enjoys working, sharing knowledge and having fun together
