Junior IT Software Engineer (Cloud Specialist with .NET) at Finance Tribe


Our Finance tribe’s mission is to ensure Danske Bank delivers on its financial potential, benefiting customers, colleagues, society, and investors through having a solid bank financially. We, as a team, make sure this is achieved by efficiently steering Danske Bank’s financials.

We have a substantial number of initiatives, delivering on our goals to provide fast & accurate financials to investors, regulators, and internal decision-makers as well as optimizing the management of the financial resources.

You will work closely with BI Engineers, DevOps specialists, IT Systems, and Business analysts in cross-functional squads to deliver modern technology solutions across all financial domains. Our solution processes an immense amount of data stored on internal Danske Bank’s cloud.

You will:

  • Design and develop software that is reliable, testable, easily maintainable, and resilient
  • Seek continuous learning and improvement for yourself and your team – collaborate and share information with colleagues
  • Work with .NET, MS SQL, Azure DevOps, AngularJS / React, JIRA, Bitbucket, our private/pubic clouds, etc.
  • Closely collaborate with business users and different teams inside the bank
  • Improve the way we do things
  • Contribute to solving incidents and defects
  • Be agile and spread these ideas among the team

About you:

  • C# with .NET Framework or .NET Core
  • MS SQL or similar relational database
  • RESTful architecture and API design
  • Knowledge in object-oriented programming and data structures
  • GIT
  • Automated testing (Unit, Integration)
  • Innovative and creative problem solver
  • Curious to learn and try new technologies
  • Open-minded team-oriented person
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
