Junior Identity and Access Management Specialist in Identity and Access Operations Team

Identity & Access Operations Team is part of Cyber Operations in Group Information Security department, which also consist of Nordic & Regulatory Collaboration, IT Business Risk & Controls, Cyber Design and Cyber Build.

The Identity & Access Operations team manages user and security administration in a multi-platform environment consisting of central, decentral and external applications. IAAO team is located across three key locations – Lithuania, India and Denmark consisting of 17 employees.

Identity & Access Operations Team is looking for Identity & Access management Junior Specialist.

You will:

  • Contribute to the IAM Access operations SLA adherence, audit compliance, and management of defined performance metrics
  • Implementing all processes like on-off boarding, Data security concepts, User Id management administration
  • Work and troubleshoot access related incidents in SNOW
  • Assure adherence to required IAM Controls, policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes
  • Partner with team to identify and minimize access control issues, excessive access and segregation of duty (SOD) concerns and/or other risks that may be present
  • Partner with the team to identify and drive delivery of opportunities to automate, improve efficiency, reduce the number of steps to perform the function while ensuring quality is met
  • Providing operational metrics to continually assess information security, for policy and regulatory compliance
  • Performing structured reporting (incidents, alerts, advisories, and bulletins as required)

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in support of user identity management, access control, request-authorization frameworks and general IT security policies. Or 3-5 years’ experience in end-user IT support i.e. IT Service Desk, End-user technologies etc. and passion to learn and gain Cyber Security expertise
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft’s Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange related to user/group provisioning and to effectively identify the need for change or proper working practices
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to challenge decisions when relevant information is provided
  • Aptitude for learning and effectively absorbing large amounts of structured and unstructured information
  • College degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent English (both oral and written)
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g. GCIA, GCIH and GCAC) is an advantage
