We are looking for a positive full-stack developer specializing in the front-end, with a practical and agile mindset focused on user experience.

You will become part of a newly organized squad working with providing our customers investment advice through both eBank and Mobile Bank, in addition to solutions supporting our advisors.

You will:

As a front-end developer, you will be an integral part of your squad, consisting of developers, business analysts, and UX/CX designers working closely together to transform business requirements with key stakeholders into working solutions. Furthermore, you will be part of the Retail Investment front-end chapter, contributing to our coding standards, best practices, and procedures.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working with end-users to understand user behavior and collaborate with UX/CX designers to optimize UI interactions
  • Cooperating with other key roles (e.g., real customers, business analysts, architects, etc.) to ensure the best solutions are created
  • Contributing to the squad’s way of working and support a culture that promotes teamwork, participation, and empowerment
  • Being committed to and accountable for squad deliveries and end-results
  • Performing testing across all test levels, e.g., unit, regression, performance, etc. and drive test automation

About you:

You have a customer-oriented mindset, always keeping the user’s best interests at heart. Details are important to you, ensuring solutions are responsive and accessible for everyone. You are an outspoken team member, enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

To be more precise, we expect that You:

  • Have 1+ years of relevant experience in key front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS, React Native, or alike)
  • Are a team person with an agile mindset
  • Are excited about software development and striving for the newest technologies
  • Have good English language skills
  • Are ready to work with senior colleagues and learn new things
  • Experience or interest in mobile development would be useful
