Junior Front-End Developer in Cloud Team

We are an agile team developing Danske Bank private cloud – with a mission to automate everything within the enterprise. We work with distributed systems in a complex and ever-changing environment. We use Python in the back-end and Angular in front-end, Figma for UX design. We are running our product in production inside Docker containers on Kubernetes.

We have end-to-end ownership of our product, choose our own direction and technologies and release to production multiple times a day. The Private Cloud is a widely adopted platform in Danske Bank and is actively used by more than 2000 developers in the Group IT.

We are looking for a Junior Front-End Developer to expand the team capabilities and support the fast pace of Private Cloud Portal development in Danske Bank Group IT.

You will:

  • Front-end development of our global private cloud portal
  • Writing high quality code with good test coverage
  • Collaborating with your peers to do code reviews
  • Working with UI/UX designer and strive for the best possible user experience
  • Optimizing and maintaining existing codebase

About you:

  • At least one year of relevant experience in JavaScript or TypeScript and Angular 9
  • Basic knowledge of SASS, NodeJs, Unit testing (Jest/Cypress), git, MySQL
  • Knowledge of Nrwl/nx, Angular CLI, Redux (Ngrx) would be an advantage
  • Can-do attitude, sense of ownership and interest in expanding one’s skills
  • Business English
  • Ability to self-organize and prioritize
