Junior Financial Analyst in Daily Banking IT CIO office

Are you an intelligent, logical thinker with strong quantitative and analytical skills, who is ready to plan and manage our department’s budget? Do you have experience with accounting, financial management and reporting?

Then you might be our new Junior Financial Analyst in Daily Banking IT – one of the Group’s leading IT development areas consisting of almost 300 employees across 4 locations. As the area’s Junior Financial Analyst, you will be a key financial partner to the Chief of Staff and senior management team in relation to delivering financial transparency and insights.

You will:

• Develop annual budgets and strategic plans together with stakeholders.
• Control invoice process, contract and IT investments projects portfolio
• Monitor and account for area expenditure by providing timely reports
• Run the yearly activity wheel to ensure the alignment with monthly, quarterly and yearly processes
• Provide financial expertise by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, recommending actions to management and stakeholders
• Drive and support continuous improvement of routines and processes
• Coordinate with other teams to review financial information and forecasts

About you:

• At least one year of financial/analytical work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or business-related field
• Ability to simplify complex issues into clear and actionable insights
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially within Excel
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken
• Being proactive, self-propelled and taking ownership
• MS SQL reporting experience strongly preferred, but not required
