Junior Analyst for Property Valuation

Do you have an interest in real estate and an independent streak? Then you might be our new Junior Analyst in Property Valuation team.

In Property Valuation team, we are responsible for performing Swedish commercial property valuations – both initial valuations as well as annual updates to existing values. We also assist our colleagues as sparring partners in real estate related issues.

The Swedish Property Evaluation team consists of 7 people in Sweden, but you will be based in Lithuania. You will get support from our local sister team – the Credit Rating team.

*Your official title will be Analyst, Associate.

You will:

  • Performing commercial property valuations fast and efficiently in line with our internal procedures
  • Creating a clear overview of the market parameters, analysing existing rents, costs and yields and applying them for a unique property
  • Communicating with colleagues as well as with other stakeholders across the Nordics

About you:

  • At least 1+ years of working experience in financial institutions
  • Experience in real estate evaluations is an added advantage
  • Ability to process large volumes of routine tasks
  • Higher education in Economics or Finances
  • A strong independent drive
  • Ability to work in a structured approach in a time-sensitive environment
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Swedish language skills would be considered as an advantage
