We are looking for a new colleague to join our Trade Finance Monitoring team. Our primary responsibility is daily business support and ensuring compliance internationally. We work with business departments within Nordic countries and Lithuania. Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:

Handle the original trade documents of Trade Finance products – Documentary Collections, Guarantees and Letters of Credit
Ensure full compliance with international standard practises and regulations
Communicate directly with business departments through various channels daily
Share your insights, knowledge, and experiences in building control tools and processes
Work according to LEAN principles, ensuring quality

About you:

Previous experience in banking, financial sectors, back office roles, or the trade finance area would be benficial
Higher education degree would be a beneficial asset
Good customer-centric approach and motivation to deliver high-quality service
Upper-intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and a high focus on quality
Willingness to take responsibility and be proactive
Team member who thrives in a team-based global environment

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
