If you are seriously into software development, you are most likely passionate about a place with Agile mind-set that is building business-focused software with modern techniques. While it is a junior programme, we want you to develop and grow your skills with us. Therefore, you will start with actual real-life projects from the very first day, guided by your senior colleagues and last year participants’ of Future Pros.

You will:

  • As an IT student working as software engineer you will do end-to-end development in Agile teams i.e. perform requirements analyses, develop architecture and design, do reviews, programming, testing, and put solutions into operation
  • Right from the beginning, you will be assigned separate areas of responsibility. To develop your skills faster, you will partner closely with business decision-makers challenging them to define requirements and needs, as we attach great importance to developing the systems in close collaboration with the users
  • You will have an opportunity to choose between various technologies to work with – Java, .NET (C#), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PL1, COBOL, Python, Powershell, SQL, Angular, React and other
  • You will work under temporary job contract as an IT Student or Trainee with the opportunity to develop your career further within Danske Bank and in 6-24 months time become junior employee
  • You will take part in a number of training activities and meetups, exceptionally planned for Future Pros participants and enjoy all the employee benefits and competitive salary, respective to the amount of hours you choose to work (full time being 1420 EUR gross)

About you:

  • You are currently studying or recently graduated in IT field or Finance
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and coding are your super powers
  • New challenges and opportunities motivate you and you are always keen to learn
  • You are fluent in English and have great communication skills
  • You can participate in assessment centres, happening in the period from June 15th till July 13th and start working in July (please note, that dates might be postponed due to COVID-19 situation)
