IT Change Management team is looking for a dynamic individual to join a team which is responsible for successful introduction of Changes to an IT system or environment, and makes definitions of the change and release processes and procedures which are used by the IT development and infrastructure organization when handling new service, improvements or fix of trouble tickets.

You will:
- Take care of Change Management daily tasks: track and review unauthorized and unsuccessful changes, drive Post Implementation Reviews, maintain the change schedule and projected service outages and facilitate/lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Work with other teams: coordinate interfaces between Change Management and other processes, gather and report on process metrics, track compliance to the process
- Participate in Change Management improvement initiatives: everything from collecting requirements to testing technical solutions
- You will work under temporary job contract as an IT Student or Trainee with the opportunity to develop your career further within Danske Bank and in 6-24 months time become junior employee
