IT Resilience Manager

We are looking for an open and eager to learn person with a strong sense of ownership who could own, contribute to, and develop IT Resilience practices.

We establish and govern continuity management and continuous improvement of critical IT services (including external) and IT business processes. We own the annual test schedule and manage the bank’s IT failover and disaster recovery exercises, collaborating across the organization to support our Operational Resilience strategy.

You will:

  • Produce and maintain a set of IT service continuity plans that support the overall business continuity plans of the organization
  • Manage regular exercises to ensure that all continuity plans are maintained in line with changing business impacts and requirements
  • Conduct regular risk assessment and exercises to manage IT services within an agreed level of business risk in conjunction with the business and the availability management
  • Ensure that appropriate continuity mechanisms are put in place to meet or exceed the agreed business continuity targets
  • Provide advice and guidance to all other areas of the business and IT on all continuity-related issues
  • Ensure that proactive measures to improve the availability of services are implemented wherever it is cost-justifiable to do so
  • Manage the impact of all changes on the IT service continuity plans and supporting methods and procedures

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT service management, development, or operations
  • Experience in managing IT Resilience, IT Service Continuity, Business Continuity, or large-scale IT issues
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills
  • Experience in creating or contributing to development of IT Resilience documentation (such as Recovery Plans or Impact assessments), processes or procedures (would be a bonus)
  • ITIL certification (would be a bonus)

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
