Collaboration & Productivity area consists of various collaboration/productivity technology services helping our employees to think together, be productive and collaborative.

Our main goal is to ensure that we make our employees’ lives easier by connecting colleagues, partners and customers in a collaborative, digital and secure way.

You will be part of the Video Meetings & Broadcasting service team and contribute in providing and deploying state-of-art video-focused collaboration and broadcasting services to the whole Danske Bank group and support it’s tools and components.

We are a friendly team of professionals with a good sense of humour and responsibility for each other.

As IT Collaboration Engineer, you will work with a variety of top industry technologies & tools like Microsoft 365 suite (Stream, Teams), Cisco Webex, Appspace, Meetio, Kollective eCDN, Brightsign.

Skills

• Working experience with Microsoft 365 suite, especially MS Teams, Stream, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Security Concepts
• Good understanding of Network and it’s protocols, excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python)
• REST API knowledge
• Experience working with Windows & Linux server OS
• Accurate, disciplined and organised team player with attention to quality
• Willingness to learn and self-motivation with a focus on user experience in everything we do (step in customer’s shoes)
• Passion for new technologies, trends, patterns and frameworks around the service area
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)

We would consider this experience as an advantage:

• Managing video conferencing room systems & infrastructure (Cisco/Microsoft)
• Video encoding & broadcasting technologies (HLS, NDI, RTMP/RTMPS)
• Infrastructure monitoring technologies (Grafana/Sensu/Telegraf)

Mission

• Perform maintenance and development activities of ‘Video Meetings and Broadcasting’ service tools and infrastructure
• Participate as subject matter expert in various large scale projects related to the implementation of our service offerings
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for service incidents and respond to queries around video conferencing, broadcasting, digital signage, room and resource booking platforms
• Do research and development (testing and evaluating new versions of software, integration ideas, new hardware models and providing recommendations for service owner
• Implement and continuously improve end-to-end service care (real-time monitoring solutions)
