We are looking for a Cloud Chapter Lead who wants to combine leadership of chapter members with a core development and delivery focus—doing coding, solution design, etc. in a squad.

Each of these squads are self-organized teams empowering its employees to make their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

We are aiming to transform the way we develop risk management solutions in the bank; therefore, we are looking for someone who has a continuous improvement mindset and is willing to drive transformation in this area.

As a Chapter Lead, you will be HR responsible for 10 developers working on risk management solutions. Besides being a HR leader, you will also be placed in one of the squads developing risk management solutions, which will enable you to maintain and develop your hands-on technical skills.

You will:

  • Act as an HR manager for skilled Cloud engineers (.NET & Cloud ) and be accountable for their growth both on a professional and personal level
  • Be an essential member of a squad with a dedicated area of responsibility and delivery focus—doing coding, solution design, etc
  • Be responsible for embedding best engineering practices and enabling the building of state-of-the-art IT solutions through you and your chapter members working in our squads
  • Work closely together with the Tribe Leadership, Tribe Architect and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop, and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals with a positive team spirit
  • Be responsible for your chapter and support chapter members in any need they have related to HR or their area of competence

About you:

  • A least 5 years of experience developing and delivering robust enterprise products and applications using Microsoft tech stack, including C#, MVC, WEB API, .NET CORE, SQL SERVER, and Azure DevOps
  • Proven leadership skills and desire to develop and inspire others
  • Experience in AWS with CICD, containers, cloud-native development, SQL, NoSQL, microservices, and serverless computing will be highly beneficial
  • Results and delivery-oriented professional with proven ability to work in a high-performing engineering team
  • Open to working in an environment where the latest tech and legacy components play together and contribute to the migration to a newer stack in an incremental manner
  • Natural interest in seeing, challenging, and fixing areas that could be improved, both within and outside the tribe
  • Experience working in an agile delivery model, particularly scrum
  • Advanced English communication skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4880 EUR to 7320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
