IT Chapter Lead (Angular and React) for Anti-Money-Laundering IT systems

As a Chapter lead, you will be HR responsible for developers working on AML Review and reporting solutions. Besides being an HR leader, you will support the Tribe IT leadership.

You will:

  • Be the HR manager for other skilled Cloud engineers (Angular and React), and you are accountable for their growth both on a professional and personal level
  • Participate in embedding best engineering practices, enabling the building of state-of-the-art IT solutions
  • Work closely together with the Tribe IT Lead, Tribe Architect, and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated team members with an innovative team spirit
  • BE responsible for your chapter and support chapter members in any need they have related to HR or their area of competence

About you:

  • You are a catalyst leader and embody that in how you approach the work
  • You have a technical profile and ability to develop and motivate others, at the same having a good understanding of IT architecture and solution design
  • You have a natural interest in seeing, encouraging, and fixing areas that could be improved, both in and outside the tribe
  • Either you have been a leader for some years, with an engineering background. Or you come from a senior or chief developer position, with the interest and motivation to try out leadership
  • If you did work in Agile setups previously, this would be pros but not a prerequisite
  • Professional experience in the following would be pros
  • Angular and React
  • Testing automation
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
