IT Business Analyst in Core Payment Platform Tribe

We are looking for a team player with an analytic mindset, good communication skills, and “can do” attitude.

You will be an essential part of the Cloud Booking Validations squad, tasked with analyzing payment products and rules in our legacy mainframe setup. Your main duty is to define clear requirements for developers to build new, innovative payment solutions on a modern cloud platform. This role is vital for integrating legacy data into the cloud, enhancing performance, and improving customer experiences.

You will:

  • Take a crucial role in analyzing legacy payment products and rules, defining precise requirements for the development of new payment solutions on a modern cloud platform
  • Utilize SQL and various data analysis tools to extract, analyse, and interpret payments and booking data
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to collect essential information from diverse stakeholders, and compile this into actionable and insightful reports
  • Clearly and effectively communicate analytical insights and strategic plans to cross-functional team members and the Product Owner, ensuring collaborative decision-making and alignment

About you:

  • Possess fundamental analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and present different information with attention to details and accuracy
  • Proven experience with SQL in data querying and manipulation
  • Demonstrated experience in effective planning, organization, and time management
  • Prior work experience in the payments field, especially with mainframe systems, is considered an advantage
  • Clear communicator in English with international stakeholders, both in written and verbal
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
