The Trading Technology Support Team covers all aspects of front office support, dealing directly with the business and their clients as well as their stakeholders within the development Teams within Derivatives and Risk IT and Trading and Investment IT. The trading technology support activities include on-boarding external and internal clients as well as production system monitoring and alerting of all front office systems. As a front-line member of the Trading Technology Support team you will work closely with developers, communicating with internal traders, also you will participate in intresting projects. You will get familiar with major platforms that are used in banks around the globe, such as: Bloomberg, ION, Reuters etc.

You will:
- Providing front-end application support for all trading systems in Fixed Income, Equity and FX groups
- Troubleshooting production incidents and working with the application support and engineering, driving their resolution
- Acting as the primary point of contact for business users driving proactive problem management
- Building-out Trading Technology Support knowledge base articles documenting support workflows, processes and procedures
- Driving continual service improvement ensuring efficient alert monitoring process, incident and task execution aiming for rapid response times to production issues
- Managing and coordinating training for support team members in Lithuania
About you:
- Strong experience in a customer-service facing environment with English as work language
- Experience in providing application support
- Understanding of trade life cycle
- Understanding of Incident and Problem Management processes (ITIL), certification is an advantage
- Basic understanding of MS Windows Desktop environments, MS Office, Unix/Linux
- Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Atlassian tool (Confluence, JIRA or Bamboo) or Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban) experience is an advantage
