Identity & Access Operations Team is part of Cyber Operations in Security department, which also consist of Physical Security and Resilience, Nordic & Regulatory Collaboration, IT Business Risk & Controls, Cyber Design and Cyber Build.

The Identity & Access Operations team manages user and security administration in a multi-platform environment consisting of central and decentral platforms. IAM Operations team is located across three key locations – Lithuania, India, and Denmark, composed of 20 employees.

Identity & Access Operations Team is looking for an Identity & Access management Default Specialist specializing in RACF.

You will:

  • Identity lifecycle, provisioning/de-provisioning, workflow automation, self-service products, and compliance controls;
  • Work on and troubleshoot access related incidents in Service Now;
  • Assure adherence to required IAM Controls, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Drive initiatives and work on projects supporting the bank’s digitalization strategy in the mainframe area;
  • Collaborate with team to identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency, minimize access control issues, excessive access and segregation of duty (SOD) concerns, and other risks that may be present;
  • Participate in knowledge share sessions to ensure cross-training and resiliency.

About you:

  • Higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
  • 3+ years of experience in support of user identity management, access control, request-authorization frameworks, and general IT security policies;
  • Working knowledge of RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) and z/OS, general understanding of Microsoft’s Active Directory related to the user/group provisioning is required;
  • Knowledge of DB2 would be an advantage;
  • Strong analytical judgment to drive a global solution or necessary enhancement of IAM products and tools;
  • Critical thinking to understand a problem, approve or suggest solutions that will adequately resume service delivery, maintain proper access as well as minimize risk and financial exposure;
  • Fluent English (both oral and written);
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., SSCP, Security+, CISSP) would be an advantage.
