The team is part of the Danske Bank AML Review development Tribe. We are cross national with colleagues located in across the Nordics, Lithuania, Poland and India. The team responsibilities range from small improvement of the current solution to conceptualizing & launching new universes supporting the customers in their Ongoing Due Diligence journey. The squad consists of a Product Owner; a UX-designer (You :-); business analysts, developers and architects. As a UX Designer you are also part of the Human Centered Design chapter, with UX colleagues working in adjacent squads. The chapter will support your UX efforts and will ensure the sharing of best practices and shared vision.
Our Mission is to protect our customers, society and the bank from Financial Crime by developing Anti-Money Laundering solutions and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
The Requirements Management team is looking for UX designer who will take our platform to the next level. Our goal is to provide a flexible one point of entry user interface to detail and manage regulatory requirements. In doing so, we can ensure uniform, ongoing due diligence case quality by making it easy for all relevant parties to view and update regulatory requirements via an intuitive UI interface. You are a person who has the ability and motivation to drive these key UI/UX tasks forward, challenge assumptions and be the voice of our customers. Collaborating and supporting your team-members should come natural as we work in cross-functional teams, and you are also able to drive your own tasks.
