Our competent Lithuanian HR Partner Team is looking for a new colleague to take on a position as HR Partner in the International HR Partners’ Team. Is that you?

You have an opportunity to become part of Danske Bank Global Service Lithuania (GSL) and work across the borders.

You will become part of our HR Partner team in Vilnius consisting of ambitious and motivated HR Partners, supporting the continuously growing organisation with the global mind-set. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with managers and HR colleagues in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

You will support the strategic people agenda in your area of responsibility by providing direct and flexible support to leaders in our organisation. Keeping a dual focus on succeeding today while transforming for tomorrow, the HR Partner position offers great opportunities for professional and personal development.

It is a temporary contract for 14 months period with a possibility of extension. 

You will:

  • You will enable our leaders to unleash the people potential and engagement in their areas of responsibility by coaching, sparring and co-driving leadership development activities
  • You will act as a trusted advisor for leaders enabling teams’ development activities and workshops to support business requirements and challenge status quo
  • You will be a part of activities and deliverables supporting the strategic people agenda, e.g. Talent Development, Succession Planning, People Engagement and Workforce Planning
  • You will contribute as a subject matter expert to the implementation of various local and global projects together with your colleagues from other HR areas, like HR excellence teams, etc.

About you:

  • You have a university level degree in a relevant field in combination with a minimum of three to five years of experience as HR professional in a similar role in international environment
  • You have a good understanding of business goals and priorities as well as ability to translate them into supporting people activities
  • You are result driven, agile, curious and role model for collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues
  • You are willing to initiate and implement various leadership development activities and tools
  • You have experience within change management and communication to drive influence and impact
  • You are fully proficient in English and Lithuanian
