*This position is a maternity cover; however, the HR team and Danske Bank are always full of opportunities.

You will:

  • Administration of employee data (managing information related to contracts, business trips, global mobility, immigration, or other. Our service scope consists of more than 140 different operations)
    Working within several HR systems
  • Communication with managers and employees at all levels in several countries by e-mail and phone
  • Collaboration with colleagues in Denmark as well as in the other Nordic countries and India
  • Collaboration with third-party vendors
  • Implementing various projects, transferring new tasks, expanding service scope
  • Other administrative tasks and support queries

About you:

  • Experience in working with operational or administrative tasks (HR administration would be an advantage)
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Quality consciousness
  • Understanding of risks and controls
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Agility and proactivity
