HR Administration Specialist

This is an opportunity to become part of the HR Services team, which delivers HR administrative support to employees and managers across all Nordic countries.

Our daily work consists of various administrative tasks that are continuously evolving as we collaborate with other teams from all the Nordics. Therefore, we are looking for an employee who can deliver high-quality and efficiency while also being a great team member.

The team’s strategic goal is to become a centre of relevant skills for HR Service deliveries.

You will:

  • Seamlessly manage all benefits administration and support in the Nordics
  • Become proficient in several HR systems within a few months
  • Provide support to managers and employees with queries related to the employee journey and benefits at Danske Bank
  • Work closely with colleagues across Danske Bank and global vendors
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
  • Have the opportunity to expand your professional knowledge by participating in, running, or contributing to various projects, taking on new tasks, and expanding the service scope

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in operational or administrative tasks (preferably in HR-related fields)
  • Problem-solving and customer-support attitude
  • Willingness to understand the bigger picture
  • Curious mindset and desire to see the world from our stakeholders’ perspective (managers, employees, colleagues)
  • Positive attitude and ‘Quality over quantity’ approach
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member (Team is important to you!)
  • Excel skills (would be beneficial)
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 1560 EUR to 2340 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
