You will be joining the Talent Development Team within Strategy & Traction.

In addition to a team of skilled Strategy Managers supporting respective Areas within T&S, Strategy & Traction also comprises three teams – (i) Business Management & Traction (ii) Technology & Services Strategy; and (iii) your prospective home, Talent Development.

Your main area of responsibility will be to lead a team of 10 very skilled and dedicated colleagues in both Lithuania and Denmark tasked with fuelling the Technology & Services (T&S) transformation with the right mix of skills, competencies and capabilities. As part of this, your team and you – through strong collaboration with HR – will be responsible for activities including talent pipeline planning; employer branding towards students to strengthen recruitment efforts; talent development and engagement; and strategic workforce planning to secure an understanding of both current and future skills, competences and capabilities with accompanying actions to mitigate gaps.

We are new team and a new unit, where you have the possibility to define how we execute, develop and maintain talent development, but some elements of your future role and responsibilities will include:

  • Setting a clear vision and direction, that is grounded in proactive and innovative approaches for talent development
  • Leading various talent development initiatives together with HR
  • Helping us take Talent Management processes to the next level

About you:

Translating ambitions into action and impact

You might hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field like business, IT, HR or psychology. Besides that, we hope you have 3-4 years of experience within talent development and 2-3 years of leadership experience. You have a curious mind-set to explore – and engage with – the end-to-end value chain of Banking technology and services, while supporting our people agenda through close collaboration with group functions.

It is important that you have great stakeholder management skills and ensure execution in complex stakeholder networks since you will collaborate with many different people. At the same time, you should continually seek feedback and challenge ideas to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
