Our mission is to enable the Group to execute on common business process management capabilities to succeed in digital transformation and meet regulatory requirements by providing and improving common process management framework.

We own, maintain and promote Group standards for process architecture and process documentation. We define process information needs and develop and provide group-wide reporting on operational information (operational interconnectedness, processes, documentation etc.) for process compliance and business needs.

We believe that getting in control of our processes will significantly boost ability to work on numerous regulatory requirements, internal procedures and serve our customers even better.

We are looking for a Head of Process Methodology & Development  to join our Process Governance & Mapping team.

As the Head of Process Methodology & Development, you lead the team that sets the vision for and develops the Group Framework for process management including process architecture, landscape, modelling and documentation standards. Your team supports the Group in embedding the framework through training and advisory support as well as facilitating the process community. Together with your team, you promote a standardized and coordinated process effort throughout the Group.

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop the way Danske Bank works with processes and documentation
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in process architecture, process methodologies and documentation across the Group
  • Identify needed capabilities and ensures training
  • Promote and mature the process mindset amongst senior and executive management
  • Drive goal setting, development and performance review for members of your team

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Ensure the Group Process Management Framework supports regulatory and business needs
  • Ensure a coordinated and aligned process effort across the Group
  • Ensure the organisation has the needed support and training available to deliver on process management standards
  • Ensure operational interconnectedness is embedded into daily operations e.g. process mapping, documentation and GDPR

  • Leading a culture of continues improvement would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
