Head of Free of Payment Settlement Team

You will:

  • Direct and oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Oversee the implementation of new systems and software, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption
  • Act as the primary point of contact for important stakeholders, addressing complex inquiries and providing expert advice with the help of your team
  • Work collaboratively with senior management, business, and IT to enhance service offerings
  • Drive changes and improvements that benefit both the bank and our clients
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, adapting strategies as necessary to meet changing market and client needs
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for team development, particularly in areas of withholding taxes and process optimization. Additionally, assume HR responsibilities (e.g. salaries, performance evaluations, and similar tasks)
  • Utilize project management skills/knowledge to help facilitate the setting up of and ensure the smooth running of projects

About you:

  • Experience in settlement services would be preferred
  • Proven leadership skills or a desire to lead, coupled with a proven history of managing projects and teams
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and maintain solid relationships along the way, while delivering on important projects/results
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and be on top of several projects at the same time
  • Highly capable of working collaboratively with colleagues from multiple cultures and backgrounds
  • Solid decision-making skills, as well in cases when there is limited information
  • Higher education would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2520 EUR to 3780 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
