Would you like to take a challenge and become Senior Team Leader responsible for Custody – Settlement and Support teams and manage department of 20+ employees?
You will have 4 employees reporting directly to you, which will be supporting Custody Function by answering day-to-day questions as well as providing excellent customer support to corporate and institutional customers. In addition you will have management responsibility for one team leader and her Custody Settlement team.
It is important that you have a great people management skills in order to retain employees, keep them motivated and build strong team, which is expected to be growing in and taking more tasks in the future. Ideal candidate would oversee the team’s daily flow and ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.
