Custody Support Team Leader

Would you like to take a challenge and become Senior Team Leader responsible for Custody – Settlement and Support teams and manage department of 20+ employees?

You will have 4 employees reporting directly to you, which will be supporting Custody Function by answering day-to-day questions as well as providing excellent customer support to corporate and institutional customers. In addition you will have management responsibility for one team leader and her Custody Settlement team.

It is important that you have a great people management skills in order to retain employees, keep them motivated and build strong team, which is expected to be growing in and taking more tasks in the future. Ideal candidate would oversee the team’s daily flow and ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner.

You will:

  • Managing team on a daily basis, including planning and follow-up on the tasks, ensuring their timely and high quality delivery
  • Taking full responsibility for motivation and continuous development of your team members and contributing to the overall success
  • Supporting Custody Settlements
  • Local site manager for the Custody and Funds services organization
  • Build and maintain successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • Hosting customer visits at Danske Bank offices
  • Collaboration across many teams in Vilnius aligning client expectations

About you:

  • 2 years experience in people management
  • Understanding of investment and securities and custody
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Higher education (preferably finance, legal or relevant field)
  • Excellent skills in both spoken and written English
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and present it in an comprehensible way
  • SQL knowledge
