Head of Application Connectivity Services

This position is for leading our Network Services area within Infrastructure (TUI) team globally and regionally accountable for entire Networks function globally.

Network function under infrastructure provides modern, secure, fast and reliable user facing network services to around 20,000 employees in our bank, with a vulnerable, curious and professional facilitative leadership style.

    • Utilize CX practices for emotional journey using our services
    • Support our business tribes with domain expertise led consultancy to ensure operational stability and value for our Bank’s customers

About you:

  • Expertise and experience in the domain of Networks, with broader infrastructure knowledge as well as insights into application domain
  • Networks domain leadership experience of 5+ years
  • Global leadership capabilities across at least three locations and cultures
  • A plus being certified in technical offerings that compose the service (LAN, WAN, WIFI, Remote Access, SDWAN & NAC)
  • A genuine enthusiasm for operational stability, risk & compliance as well a commercial management
  • A focus on cadenced results as well as well as an ability to bring diverse thinking, solid discussions, crisps decisions and implementation of decisions
  • Familiarity with effective use of remote collaboration and communication tools and facilitation techniques
