Governance and Risk Management Consultant for First Line Financial Crime Solutions

First Line Financial Crime Solutions is recruiting a Governance & Risk Management consultant for our Strategy and Roadmap team. The Strategy and Roadmap Team directly supports the Central Team Head of 1LOD Financial Crime Solutions, as well as the Domain and Tribe Leadership.

We are looking for someone with proven knowledge and experience in developing, and implementing Governance & Risk Management in relation to the core processes and programmes of a Technology and Data function and aspiration to be part of a transformation programme. The successful candidate will have a strong interest, experience, and skills to develop Governance & Risk Management with stakeholders, and join the dots to identify synergies and simplicity.

• 2 years of experience in Consultancy or a similar in-house position
• A structured approach to Governance & Risk Management within FCP
• A good relationship builder who is able to deliver through influence, adaptive communication styles, and building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An excellent communicator who can articulate complexity in a simple and succinct way
• Fast learner in a changeable environment, active learner and networker to assist function stay ahead
• You have advanced planning and presentation skills
• Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
